2. *Bazaar Ka Juice:* Na gannay ka, na mango shake. Ghar ka lassi piyo.
3. *Tali Hui Cheezein:* Samosa, pakora, chips. In mein oil + namak = water retention double.
4. *Cheeni Wali Chai:* Din mein 1 cup baghair cheeni. Cheeni chhor do, pet khud baith jaye ga.

*Budget Hisab: Kitne Paise Bachaye?*
*Kharcha:* Dahi 1KG Rs 180 = 5 din ka. Kheera 1KG Rs 80 = 4 din ka. 15 din = Rs 450  
*Bachat:* Roz 2 cold drink Rs 100 x 15 = Rs 1500. Gym ki fee Rs 2000. Weight loss powder Rs 3000.  
*Total Bachat:* Rs 1500 + Rs 2000 + Rs 3000 = Rs 6500. Kharcha minus karo Rs 450. *Net Bachat = Rs 6050.*
