- Mix salad patta 2 cup
- Kheera 1 adad - gol slice
- Tamatar 1 adad - 4 tukray  
- Pyaaz 1/4 - bareek kati
- Lemon 1/2
- Kala namak, kali mirch - zaiqe ke mutabiq
- Zaitoon ka tail 1 tsp - optional

**Tareeka:**
1. Salad patta dho kar bowl me dalo
2. Kheera, tamatar, pyaaz mix karo
3. Upar se lemon, kala namak, kali mirch chirak do
4. Zaitoon ka tail dalna hai to 1 tsp dal do
5. Thanda karke khao
