Sabz chai yaani green tea aur desi qehwa dunya ke sab se purane mashroobat me se hain. Na doodh, na cheeni, sirf pattiyan aur paani — lekin faidey hazaron. Roz 1-2 cup ka niyam bana lo to dil, dimag, wazan aur skin sab shukriya kahenge.
*1. Sabz Chai Kya Hai? Qehwa Se Farq Kya?*
Dono “Camellia sinensis” paude ki pattiyon se bante hain. Farq sirf process ka:
- *Sabz chai*: Pattiyan tor ke foran bhaap ya tawa par halka garm kar ke sukha di jati hain. Is liye rang sabz, zaiqa halka ghaas jesa, antioxidants sab se zyada.
- *Qehwa*: Kashmiri ya Pathani style. Sabz chai ki pattiyan + daarchini + ilaichi + kabhi zafran. Thoda ubala jata hai. Zaiqa tez, garam taseer, sardi me best.
- *Kali chai*: Pattiyan poori ferment hoti hain, is liye rang kala, caffeine zyada, antioxidants kam.
*2. 7 Bare Faide – Science Kya Kehti Hai*
1. *Antioxidant Power*: EGCG naam ka compound cancer cell ki growth rokne me madadgar. Free radicals saaf karta hai.
2. *Dil Ka Dost*: Roz 2 cup se LDL yani bura cholesterol 5-6% kam hota hai. Blood pressure bhi balance.
3. *Wazan Control*: Metabolism 3-4% tez. Jima ya walk se pehle 1 cup lo to fat burn 17% tak barh sakta hai.
4. *Dimag Tez, Sukoon Bhi*: Caffeine thori hoti hai + L-theanine hota hai. Jhatka nahi lagta, focus barhta hai, bechaini nahi.

*3. Banane Ka Sahi Tareeqa – 90% Log Galat Karte Hain*
Khaulta hua paani sabz chai ko karwa kar deta hai aur faidey jala deta hai.
*Step 1*: Paani ko ubal kar 2 min chhor do. Temperature 80-85°C hona chahiye. Thermometer nahi to ubalne ke baad 2 min wait = perfect.
*Step 2*: 1 cup ke liye 1 tsp pattiyan ya 1 tea bag. Qehwa me 1/2 tsp pattiyan + 1 chhoti daarchini + 2 hari ilaichi.
*Step 3*: Dhak kar sirf 2-3 min. Zyada der rakho ge to karwa, tannin nikal aayega, pet me gas.
*Step 4*: Chhaan lo. Shehad dalna hai to gunguna hone par 1/2 tsp. Garam me shehad zehar jesa ban jata hai. Neembu pasand hai to cup me dalne ke baad nichoro, ubalte paani me nahi.
*4. Peene Ka Best Time – Time Galat To Faida Nahi*
- *Subah nashta ke 30 min baad*: Khali pet tezabi ho sakta hai. Nashta karo, phir 1 cup. Metabolism start.
- *Exercise se 30 min pehle*: Fat burn boost.
- *Dopahar 4 baje*: Neend wali susti bhaga dega, raat ki neend kharab nahi hogi.
- *Khane ke foran baad nahi*: 30-45 min wait. Foran piyo ge to loha/joron ka iron absorb nahi hoga.
- *Sham 6 baje ke baad nahi*: Halki caffeine hoti hai, phir bhi sensitive logon ki neend ujaar sakti hai.
*5. Kitna Pina Chahiye? Zyada Nuqsan De*
Safe limit: 2-3 cup roz = 240-320 mg catechin. 5 cup se upar jaoge to:
1. Iron ki kami, khas tor par aurton me.
2. Tezabi madah, seeney me jalan.
3. Caffeine zyada = sir dard, dil ki dharkan tez, neend kharab.
4. Jigar par bojh. Khali pet 4-5 cup roz jigar ke enzyme barha sakta hai.
*6. Kin Logon Ko Ehtiyaat Karni Hai*
- *Haamla/ Doodh pilane wali*: 1 cup roz se zyada nahi. Caffeine bache tak jata hai.
- *Khoon patla karne ki dawa*: Warfarin, aspirin wale doctor se poochh kar. Vitamin K taqqat badal sakta hai.
- *Iron ki kami/Anemia*: Khane ke sath ya 1 ghanta aage peechhe na piyein.
- *Tezabiat/Ulcer*: Khali pet hargiz nahi. Daarchini wala qehwa bhi tez kar sakta hai.
- *Dil ki dharkan ka masla*: Caffeine trigger kar sakta hai. Decaf sabz chai try karo.
*7. Qehwa Ke Desi Nuskhe – Dadi Maa Wale*
- *Zukaam Qehwa*: Sabz chai + 1 inch adrak + 1 laung + 1 kali mirch + shehad. Din me 2 baar.
- *Wazan Qehwa*: Sabz chai + daarchini + 1/2 tsp kalonji + leemon. Khane se 30 min pehle.
- *Gale Ke Liye*: Garare karo thande qehwa se, dard kam.
- *Skin Toner*: Bacha hua qehwa fridge, rui se munh saaf. Pores tight.
*8. Khareedte Waqt Kya Dekho*
1. Pattiyan poori ho, choora na ho.
2. Rang zaitooni sabz, peela ya bhura matlab purana.
3. Khushboo ghaas/gulab jesi, seelan wali na ho.
4. Expiry 12-18 mahine. Hawa band dabba me rakho, masalon se door.
*9. Aam Galtiyan Jo Faida Khatam Kar Deti Hain*
- Khaulta paani = karwa + antioxidant khatam.
- Doodh dalna = casein protein EGCG se chipak kar faida khatam. Qehwa me doodh nahi.
- Cheeni 2 chammach = sabz chai ka maqsad hi khatam.
- Raat 10 baje peena = neend kharab, phir kaho ge faida nahi hua.
- Tea bag ko nichorna = extra tannin, pet dard.
*Last Baat*
Sabz chai koi jadoo nahi, niyam hai. Roz 2 cup, sahi time, sahi tareeqa, 3 mahine baad wazan, skin, energy me khud fark nazar aayega. Qehwa sardi ka dost, sabz chai garmi ki saathi. Dono ko zindagi ka hissa banao, par had me.
